📣 ChainChat is here! 📣
In 2021 the original development group set out to create a groundbreaking app call ChainChat. While the idea was fantastic it was met with many hurdles in practice including high gas fees, limited options for layer 2 scalability, and a sustainable revenue model to back the application. This ultimately got sidelined after the flop of Tiger King Season 2 on Netflix and there was no way to pursue the app with sustained funding.
Enter the new leadership group in 2022. A group of people with passion for the TKING community, Tigers, and web3 in general. There have been many additions and detractors in the leadership group over the last year but we continue to build and use the resources available to us to the best of our ability. Delivering a chat application was priority #1. A community member was able to join the leadership team and build this application for just 1.5 billion TKING total cost. We are proud to introduce to you the alpha test iteration of ChainChat!
How it works
For now, ChainChat is a chat widget on the Tiger King Coin website that is accessible only on PC with a Metamask wallet. No data is brought on chain just yet, but it is directly integrated with web 3 applications like Metamask and Open Sea. At the moment the use case and revenue possibilities are very limited, but we expect the app to be heavily utilized with the launch of the NFTs and the profile picture integrations that exist within the chat. The long term goal is to expand wallet accessibility, create a mobile app, create an NFT escrow trading service, and bring some data on chain. These goals have NO timeline right now, and we will only be able to pursue these avenues given more funding at a higher MC. We could not be more excited about the future of TKING and the future of ChainChat!

Our second ecosystem application has been under development for a few months and is currently ahead of schedule for launch. Tiger King Coin turns 2 years old on May 11 and we have a very special announcement coming at, or around that date. We expect to launch by June at the latest. No matter what, the team will build adapt and find ways to continuously improve the TKING ecosystem. Anyone have a guess what the next app might be?
HUGE shoutout to the community, mods, and everyone contributing to the project. The bear market has been brutal but the Tigers will be KING once again
